You know the story of Lazarus from the bible. Lazarus, a beloved friend of Christ, dies and is eventually brought back to life by Jesus...when performing this miracle, Jesus proclaimed: "He who believes in me will live...."
Similiarly, John McCain was left on the side of Campaign Freeway, all but dead not too long ago. His campaign team fired, funds all but gone, and the prospect of a Presidential bid dimming like a Sanibel sunset.
But alas, he stuck to his guns and prevailed, and now look at him. Marvel at the strength of this man. Be awed by the power of this man's quiet convictions. John McCain has the tenacity to fight for what he believes in. John McCain has the strength to persevere.

McCain 'Winds' Florida....
The winds of change are blowing, my friends. The warm southern breezes of South Carolina and Florida are warming the hearts and thawing the conservative minds, liberal minds, black minds and white minds.
The winds of change are helping the people realize that experience matters. These southern breezes are helping the people think, and think hard. People are realizing that REAL, honest dedication matters. Moderates and conservatives are beginning to board the McCain train on its trip to the White House.
Hillary is speaking right now, commenting on her 'win' in Florida...
She says that "...one of the qualities that next President needs to have is that he or she must be a problem solver; when the speaches are over, he needs to get up every morning, run the government, manage the economy, and dedicate himself to the task at hand. More and more people are waking up and realizing that is this is THE most important choice for their family and their country.....and they will make the right choice."
Well said, Senator Clinton, well said.

Nobody's Afraid of Big, Bad, Bill Anymore...
Funny, isn't it? The Democrats are no longer afraid of the Wrath o' Clintons. To the left, Kennedy's are backing Obama...to the right, voters are supporting Obama. And, as Bill waves his finger, and turns red in the face, Dems are finally saying what WE have been saying all along...."What an asshole, Clinton is."
It's about time, I tell ya....I loathe those Clintons, I really do. And I will admit that I am saddened somewhat for Hillary...she's gone through a lot. But what a nasty bunch of liberals out there, turning on their kin like this. It is truly incedible to watch and experience....and should not be forgotten.
The funny thing is, I thought President Clinton was America's first 'black' President? I thought he did more for blacks than an other President, EVER??? What the hell are blacks doing??? Are blacks actually playing the race card, and voting for a LESS qualified candidate based on the color of their skin? Or, or they voting based on the content of their character? Whichever it is, the Clintons lose....their cutthroat ways.... lying, cheating ways....have finally caught up with them. And Obama has given strength to the party to shun Hillary and Bill. Wow, Barak Hussein Obama is my hero!!

McCain Compares Abortion to POW Treatment...
U.S. Senator Sam Brownback read the following letter on behalf of John McCain at the March for Life in Washington, D.C. on the 35th Anniversary of the Roe vs. Wade Decision.
Dear Fellow Pro-Lifers,
I join you today in marking the 35th anniversary of the tragic Roe vs. Wade decision made on January 22, 1973. I salute you for taking the time to show that the cause of Life is alive and well in the hearts of millions of Americans.
As a prisoner of war at the hands of a communist dictatorship, I saw firsthand the perils faced when human dignity and human life are not respected.
Whenever the value of one class of persons is not respected whether they are unborn, handicapped, elderly the dignity of all mankind is threatened.
For this reason, I have been a strong supporter of the right to life movement since I was first elected to Congress in 1982. As the father of seven children two of which were adopted my wife Cindy and I understand how every child has a value which can never be calculated or cheapened. Every child literally alters the course of human history.
America stands for an ideal that all people are endowed by their Creator with inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. I know what it is like to live without those rights, and I have an obligation to advocate them wherever they are denied: in Bosnia or Burma, in Cuba or the Middle East; and in our own country when we fail to respect the inherent dignity of all human life, born or unborn. That is why I am pro-life.
While our nation struggles with the issue of abortion and the division it has wrought on our society and culture, Americans on both sides of this debate should agree that the proper solution for this debate to be settled is through the democratic process, not through judicial dictate. Seven judges in 1973 took the issue of abortion on themselves to settle this issue for every American, in all fifty states. They assured us that by sheer judicial will and power, the question of a so-called right to abortion was settled' and that our society would now arrive at a shared consensus by virtue of their ruling.
They were wrong to make this assumption. Your presence in Washington today marching for Life proves just how wrong they were.
If I am fortunate enough to be elected as the next President of the United States, I pledge to you to be a loyal and unswerving friend of the right to life movement. The pro-life movement appeals to the best instincts within each and every one of us. In that regard, our pro-life cause will ultimately be successful.

Chump Norris 'Too Old' to Be Taken Seriously...
I can honestly say that I have never, ever seen a Chuck Norris movie. I think he is a chump with a real 'perty' wife, a set of perfect dentures, and a funny haircut. His 68th birthday is coming up on March 10th, so that must make him too old for anything, especially, B-movies--atleast let's hope. On the one hand, he is an ardent supporter of the Republican party, and I understand his endorsement of Huckabee, being a born again Christian, and all. Yet on the other, he slams John McCain today for being too old to preside over this country.
And that is what is so baffling. Norris claims through some fuzzy mathmatical computation, that the Presidency of the United States ages a man 3 to 1. That is, President's age 3 years for every single year in office, basically a bit more than twice that of a dog's aging.
Now I will agree that being the leader of the free world is a stressful occupation. I mean, look what 8 years, er...24 years did to William Jefferson Clinton! It turned him into one crotchity old son of a bitch. Always yelling, pointing that finger at everyone....admonishing us all with his high level of self annointed rightousness. I just grunt and shake my head when I see
that knucklehead.
I think Karate Chump Norris is on to something. But his formula only pertains to liars, lunatics, leftists and liberals. Look at before and after term pictures of Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton, and Bush II. Both Bush's have certainly faired well. Ron looks great. Ford, too....
Look....John McCain is like a bottle of wine. Grapes of fine stock, with roots deep so as to survive the perils and traumas of life; harvested at the perfect time; bottled and laid on it's side to mature-alone; and waiting for the perfect time to be uncorked by it's rightful owner.
....and we are the bottle opener...I can't wait for the "pop".
